At the University Clinic of Dentistry, specialised dentists from all fields cooperate closely. Since they are active in research, they are always up to date in their field. So at our institution the appropriate team is always ready, even for complex cases.

The University Clinic of Dentistry, with about 400 employees, is one of the largest and most modern dental clinics in Europe. It is a subsidiary of the Medical University of Vienna and the staffs of both institutions are closely connected. The University Clinic of Dentistry Vienna covers the entire range of modern dentistry. The work is based on the three pillars of university tasks: patient care, teaching and research.

Individual Treatment Concepts

Our dentists at the clinical divisions and special clinics provide the best treatment that is carefully adapted to your needs. No two patients are completely alike, so we develop a personal treatment concept for each of them. Since all fields work together under one roof, we can call in the specialists from the fields that offer the best solution to your problem.

The newest research findings and technological advances have an immediate impact on the care of our patients. Through lectures, conventions, international meetings and further education, our specialists interact with experts from all over the world. This has an impact on the quality of our work. The patients at the School of Dentistry Vienna benefit from this lead in knowledge and skills.

The services we most commonly provide are:

  • conservation treatment (fillings etc.)
